We do not audit or independently verify the records you provide. Capital Book Works is not responsible for errors, misclassifications, or IRS issues resulting from incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate records provided by the client.
The information on this website does not establish a formal client-provider relationship or CPA-client relationship. A professional service relationship is only established once both parties execute a written, signed Service Agreement detailing scope, billing rates, and terms of service. Capital Book Works does not provide CPA-certified audit opinions or licensed legal representation.
Fees for our services are determined individually and detailed in each client's specific Service Agreement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, invoices are issued monthly, and payment is due upon receipt. We reserve the right to pause bookkeeping services if accounts remain unpaid beyond their specified due date.
